Aubrey gained his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, followed by a Bachelors’ degree in Technology. He then graduated with an MBA from the University of Pretoria business school.
He gained valuable experience at Mechem consultants – a division of Denel armaments industry, Mercedes Benz SA automotive, Transnet Engineering rail freight & logistics and Toolquip & Allied importation & wholesale trade.
Aubrey’s entrepreneurial aspirations lead to the establishment of IMX Business Solutions (IBX) – a consultancy helping organisations achieve operational excellence through business transformation and the deployment of a technology enabled solution (all people driven), hence his investment in Sheldon recruitment.

Tessa has been in the field of Human Resources for over 17 years, part of which as HR Manager in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
She gained her BA Degree (majoring in Psychology & isiXhosa) and HDE Teaching Diploma at NMMU and her Diploma in the Management of Technology & Innovation in the domain of Labour Law at DaVinci Institute. Tessa is an accredited Skills Development Facilitator and Assessor and has expert knowledge of drafting company Policies and Procedures, Human Resources and Employee Relations.

Kim van Kets

Kim grew up in the rural areas of the Eastern Cape.
She studied law at Stellenbosch University and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of the Republic of South Africa.
Kim spent many years in legal practice and in the corporate world both in RSA and abroad. She is currently self-employed as a legal consultant, corporate trainer, freelance writer, published author and inspirational speaker.
Medico-legal and claims specialist| Business Coach | Mediator
Elise gained her B.Sc Occupational Therapy degree from UCT then studied further in life insurance and law. She fulfilled a number of risk management positions, company directorships and executive positions and lead a specialist national consultancy for a period of 11 years.
Elise is a high-court expert in disability and incapacity medico-legal matters; a claims specialist in life insurance matters; a personal business coach and a mediator. She currently has an extensive national and international client base serviced by her consulting and coaching business; is a certified mediator in medical negligence matters and runs a University of Cape Town certified course for health professionals who seek to provide expert evidence.
Finance / Consultant
Janine has been a key employee of Sheldon Recruitment for the past 16 years. She heads up the Administration division – competently taking care of Finance, Controlling and Payroll functions.
Janine has developed an excellent rapport with her clients over the years and she recently expanded her role to include representing Sheldon as a consultant.

Bernard obtained a wealth of experience in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management during his career at Post and Telecommunication, AECI and as a business owner.
His education in Human Resources and Training is strongly underpinned by his years of practical experience, making him an excellent resource for difficult Industrial Relations issues.
